We are very excited that in a few short weeks will we be reopening our custom orders again! Time has sure flown and we are very excited to see what beautiful items we will create this year!
We will still be having about a 4-5 week turn over for our custom orders. This is largely due to the fact that I work full time and run my business with the help of my husband who also works full time. We also like to make sure that we would be happy to receive the work that we are sending out - so we take time to review and sometimes remake the order (which usually means you will get the prototype as well - unless it is 100% a dud).
We will be limiting how many custom orders we are taking on at a time this year - this will mean that you might have a longer waiting time if we have gone over our capacity - we will never turn you away. But in saying that - if the custom order is beyond our capability or is something we cannot morally complete, we will be declining the order. We are very accommodating to all of our custom orders but there are some lines we will not cross.
We are very excited to see what order we will get in this coming year!
