We have had a few request for custom patches which we absolutely love! We love being able to help make your patch dreams come true! 😍
With the amount of requests we are having at the moment, we have decided that we will be putting a “payment before we make” rule in place due to us making patches and then having people simply not pay for a custom work which we then can’t sell due to it having a personalised name on it.
If you are asking for custom work that doesn’t have personalised names attached, we will only be asking for 50% up front which will not be refundable due to how long it takes us to design our patches.
If you are requesting custom work with personalised names attached, 100% of our fee will need to be paid prior to us making patches. 50% of this fee will not be refundable due to how long it takes us to design our patches.
We understand that some times our visions don’t always line up with what you are picturing but we do try to make things as close as we can to what you request. If you request a custom personalised patch that doesn’t meet what you are wanting. 50% of the original fee will be refunded to you.
In short - a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid to begin your amazing custom patch.
